stokika provides stock financing and supplier network services to micro and small enterprises (MSEs) across Kenya and Africa.
3. User Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid business or intent to start one
- Must provide accurate information
- Must comply with all applicable laws
4. Account Registration
Users must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
5. Stock Financing Terms
5.1 Service Fees
- Anzisha: 15% for aspiring entrepreneurs
- Jenga: 8% for businesses under 3.5 years
- Gwiji: 5% for mature businesses
5.2 Repayment
Repayment cycles are based on your business model (daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. User Obligations
- Provide accurate business information
- Use stock for legitimate business purposes
- Make timely repayments
- Maintain proper business records
- Notify us of any changes to business status
7. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent applications or misrepresentation
- Reselling stock for non-business purposes
- Sharing account credentials
- Attempting to manipulate the platform
- Violating any applicable laws
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the stokika platform are owned by stokika. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
stokika is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
11. Modifications
stokika may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
