ROLE SUMMARY

A stokika Supervisor oversees a team of Field Agents and ensures the accuracy, integrity, and success of all field operations in their assigned region. This includes vendor verification, stock approvals, fraud prevention, team management, training, and operational quality control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, onboard, and train Field Agents
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions
  • Monitor daily agent activity and performance
  • Guide agents on correct procedures and fraud awareness

B. Vendor Data & Application Verification

  • Review and validate all vendor applications submitted by agents
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of data
  • Confirm vendor legitimacy and business activity

C. Stock Management & Oversight

  • Approve or reject stock advance requests for vendors in the region
  • Oversee stock allocation, delivery confirmations, and reconciliations
  • Verify that stock delivered matches approved quantities
  • Identify and report stale, unused, or suspicious stock

D. Fraud Prevention

  • Identify fake businesses, staged shops, inflated sales, or collusion
  • Conduct random field audits for suspicious vendor profiles
  • Escalate any fraud attempts or anomalies to HQ

E. Operational Coordination

  • Ensure smooth coordination between agents, suppliers, and delivery partners
  • Resolve operational disputes between vendors and agents
  • Submit weekly reports on vendor performance, risks, and field activity

SCOPE OF AUTHORITY

The Supervisor has the authority to:

  • Approve stock advances within their assigned region
  • Reject vendor applications that do not meet criteria
  • Recommend blacklisting of fraudulent vendors
  • Initiate field audits and escalations
  • Train, discipline, or recommend termination of underperforming agents
  • Make operational decisions affecting vendors in their region

Supervisors are accountable for all vendor and stock activity under their territory.
