Role Summary

A Field Agent is responsible for acquiring and supporting micro-businesses that need stock advances. They collect accurate business data, verify vendors, support deliveries, track repayments, and act as stokika's representative in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit vendors
• Verify vendor businesses (photos, GPS, documents)
• Collect and submit accurate data
• Coordinate stock deliveries
• Support repayment follow-up
• Report fraud signs
• Maintain daily field activity logs

Minimum Requirements

• KCSE certificate
• Experience in sales, fieldwork, microfinance, or community outreach
• Basic smartphone & web navigation skills
• Fluent in local languages

Role Summary

A Supervisor manages a team of Field Agents, verifies vendor applications, approves stock requests, prevents fraud, and ensures operational success in their region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train field agents
• Approve or reject vendor applications
• Approve stock advances
• Conduct field audits
• Investigate fraud signals
• Oversee deliveries & repayments
• Prepare weekly regional reports

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree
• 2+ years in sales, microfinance, or field team management
• Strong digital reporting skills
• Strong leadership & communication
